Welcome to Zoorix, a web application that provides upsell & cross sell tools for merchants (“merchant”, “you”, “your”) who use the Shopify platform (the “Application” or the “Service”). The Application is owned and operated by Zoorix.com Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “us”).
We respect your privacy. This Privacy Notice (the “Notice”) explains our privacy practices for the Application and our website at: https://www.zoorix.com (“Website”) . The Notice also describes the rights and options available to you with respect to your personal information.
PERSONAL DATA WE PROCESS
When you install the Application through the Shopify app store, we obtain your name, address, e-mail address and cell phone number from Shopify.
Information we obtain from Shopify. The Application is available only to merchants who own a Shopify store. When you install the Application through the Shopify app store, we automatically gain access to the following information from your Shopify account: your full name, e-mail address and billing information. We also obtain details of your Shopify store.
While you use the Application, we collect information on your Shopify store customers and purchases.
Customers Information. While using the Application, we gain access and collect certain information of your Shopify store customers (“customers”, “end-users”) such as the products they bought and the amount of payments in relation to their purchases.
In addition, in order to gain access to customers’ data as specified above, we will create a unique identifier for each of your end users, in order to track its activities on the store. We will solely use the unique identifier in order to gain access, create insights and aggregated data of the performance of the Application. We will not use the unique identifier in order to identify an individual customer and we will not share personal information in a non-aggregated form.
We collect analytic information about your use of the Application.
Analytics. When you use the Application, we collect information about your use of the Application. For example, we may record the frequency and scope of your use, action taken while using the Application and the interactions you make with the Application.
We also collect Analytics of your customers such as links clicked, products they reviewed, etc.
HOW WE PROCESS AND USE PERSONAL DATA

To operate the Application and provide its features and functionality.
We process the information we obtain from Shopify to identify you and to operate the Application and provide you with its features and functionality. We process Customer Information and Meta Data to display performance of our Application to you.

To send you updates and other communications related to the Application.
We process your Information to send you updates and other communications related to the Application.
Subject to your consent, we use your Information for marketing purposes.
You may opt-out from our marketing communications
If you indicate your explicit consent, we will use your Information to send you marketing communications about our services, including updates about new services that we believe may be suitable to you.
You may 'opt-out' of using your information for marketing communications by sending an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org or as otherwise provided in our marketing communications. By doing so, we will only delete or stop processing the information which is required to contact you for marketing communications, while the rest of the Information which is necessary to provide you with the Service will continue to be processed and used.

When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account: read products, variants and collections and modify script tags in your store's theme template files. Additionally, we collect the following types of personal information from you once you have installed the App: Information about you and others who may access the App on behalf of your store, such as your name, address, email address, phone number, and billing information.
We collect personal information directly from the relevant individual, through your Shopify account, or using the following technologies: “Cookies” are data files that are placed on your device or computer and often include an anonymous unique identifier. When you install and use our App, we do not collect, process or retain any personal data of the customers or visitors of your Shopify store.
